Warranty Service :
Enjoy 12 months of free warranty service from the date of purchase of your TIN HIFl earphones. Provisions for warranty:
1.The warranty service is not applicable to the relevant laws and regulations (such as these “three guarantees”.).
2.The warranty service is a warranty policy developed by our company for customers to have easy purchase experiences with our self-developed products.
3.During the warranty period of parts and products, we can replace the defective products and retain the original warranty coverage from the date of purchase.
No warranty conditions:
1. Purchase of product was not from our store.
2. Does not honour owner's misuse of the products such as bad handling, squeezing, dropping on hard ground, damping with wet
materials, soaking in water or water entry as well as other particles not included in the package when purchased brand new.
3. Beyond or lapsed the specified warranty period from the warranty card.
4. The damage is caused as a result of not following product instructions.
1. In case that the product you received is an incorrect one, please take photos and contact us within 30 days. We will send you the correct one.
2. In case that you're not satisfied with the product while it is in good condition, please return it to us within 30 days, and the buyer pays for the return shipping fees. Then We will either send you a new one or give you your money back.
3. In case that the product you received was defective, please contact us within 30 days after you receive the order, we can either give your money back or send a replacement to you.
